This allows us to reduce waste and offer a wide range of designs, but it also means shipping times differ from traditional retail.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–7 business days

  • Processing time includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays

During peak periods (holidays, sales, or high demand), processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times after your order has been dispatched:

  • United Kingdom: 2–7 business days

Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order value:

    • Under £50 - a standard charge of £3.99

    • Over £50 - Free shipping

Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped within the UK will not incur customs fees.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear

If tracking shows no movement for several days, feel free to contact us.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts due to address errors

If an order is returned to the carrier due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued

Split Shipments

Because items may be produced at different facilities, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.
