Return & Refund Policy

At Threadlab.uk , all of our products are made to order using print-on-demand production. Because of this, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retail stores.


Made-to-Order & Custom Products

As our products are created especially for each customer:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect size selection

    • Incorrect address provided at checkout

    • Items ordered by mistake

Please ensure you carefully review product descriptions, size guides, and delivery details before completing your purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, we will happily resolve the issue.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (including shipping, where applicable)

We do not require faulty items to be returned.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears to be lost in transit or significantly delayed:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible

  • We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and carrier

  • If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect


Size Issues

As all garments are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

We strongly recommend:

  • Checking the size guide on each product page

  • Measuring an existing garment you own and comparing it to the guide

If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
